Based in Loders, just outside Bridport on Dorset’s Jurassic Coast, Fossil Coffee is an independent coffee roastery focused on freshness, quality, and keeping things simple. Founder Will has built the company around a straightforward idea - roast exceptional coffee in small batches, source beans ethically, and deliver them at their absolute best.

The goal of this film was to capture that process honestly and cinematically.

From the moment the beans arrive to the final roast, every stage of production is handled with precision and care. The video follows Will through the roasting process, highlighting the attention to detail behind every batch and the passion that drives the brand forward.

Visually, we wanted the film to feel warm, grounded, and authentic - reflecting both the character of Fossil Coffee and the atmosphere of Dorset itself. Close-up shots of the roasting process, texture-rich detail shots, and natural lighting helped bring the craft and freshness of the coffee to life on screen.

This project was also produced in collaboration with Jurassic Coast Media, whose local knowledge and creative input helped shape the final piece.
